Lu & Elle was open to creative direction, as they didn’t have an established brand guide. I helped define a cohesive visual identity for their website, including a color palette, icon system, and typography selections.
Shopify Migration
Using Shopify’s 'Dawn' theme as a foundation, I migrated all of Lu & Elle’s products and customer data into Shopify, organized collections by product category, installed key apps and features, and customized the UI to elevate the overall user experience.

Email Marketing
Developed and managed campaigns through Flodesk and Faire to engage both retail customers and wholesale buyers. Strategies were tailored to each audience, supporting brand visibility and driving sales across B2C and B2B channels.
Flodesk emails achieved a 42.3% open rate and a 2.9% click rate, while Faire campaigns yielded a 3.7% conversion rate over the past year.
